Shipping policy
Shipping costs and information:
By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DPD, UPS, DHL or by a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you would like to be shipped to another country, please email us before placing an order ( mailto: info@gaudiumdecanters.com ) and name the item with the quantity and delivery address with the country and the corresponding address Post Code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should a delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - notify you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire with our shipping partner about the shipping options and costs.
1. Shipping within Germany:
We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
For shipping within the German mainland, we charge a flat rate of 60 euros per order up to a total weight of 29kg per order. When shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 40 euros.
From a (total) goods weight of 29.1kg per order, we charge shipping costs of 120 euros per delivery address, since the shipping is carried out by a forwarding agent (Euro pallet ).
2. Shipping outside of Germany:
Our shipping costs depend on the weight, you can see the shipping weight for the respective article on the detail page:
- Parcel shipping within the EU (see table below) up to 29kg: 100 euros
- from 29.1kg by forwarding agent shipping per Euro pallet: 300 euros

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you are responsible for. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). - Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 10 days.
- Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within the EU (see table) within 3 - 14 days .
- When purchasing products that are manufactured individually according to customer requirements, the first correction template is made within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. The design work and the delivery of the goods take place within up to 30 days after confirmation or approval of the correction template, unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

- Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods / ticket / or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.
